What you’ll need

For the Live Events, you’ll need:

Somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit or lie down, with head and neck supported.

If you can, dress for comfort.

Make sure you’ll be warm or cool enough over 30 minutes (weather and temperature dependent). Bring a blanket if you need.

either the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device (the free version is all you need); or

a browser window (Zoom has a ‘join in your browser’ option).

a working webcam. (This is for the first 1 or 2 times you visit so I can keep track of how you’re responding, do my duty of care thing and give you the best experience I can. If you don’t have a working webcam, let me know and we’ll figure something out.)

speakers or headphones with enough volume you can hear what I’m saying (even when my voice gets softer).

e-mail so I can send you the meeting info.

Turn up promptly by 6.30pm UK time. (I’ll be around and the Zoom room will be open from 6.20pm)

around 40 minutes (we start a little after 6.30pm UK time for the Monthly Relaxation and Weekly Adventures, and usually finish a little after 7pm UK time).
