We headed off to the MindSpa, leaving the pressures and expectations of daily life far behind us.
Clouds in a gorgeous sky become opportunities to explore different perspectives, how to look at things differently. Inside the MindSpa, we developed a sense of possibility and creativity. We shifted between senses and sensation, finding new ideas and new ways to explore something we wanted to be more creative with.
On our return, we brought new skills and perspectives to our daily experience.
Pretty good for a 25min Adventure on a Tuesday eve!
