If you could communicate something to yourself today that really helps you, what would it be? What would it sound, look or feel like?
There’s plenty of good quality, peer-reviewed, recent research into hypnosis. The volume of work grows yearly, too. There are two common themes: pretty much all hypnosis is self-hypnosis; and you don’t need a ‘deep’ trance to respond beautifully to suggestions.
Hypnosis, and responding to suggestions, is something we do regularly, all day, every day. It’s part of being human.
And, if that’s the case, what kind of message would you really want to give yourself, and how would you get the most out of it?
Last week we got comfortable and visited the Room for Relaxation. It’s always enjoyable, beneficial and a great escape from the stresses of the daily grind.
This time, there was a message for us each in there, something we’d really value. Something we needed to hear.
What was it?
I don’t know! It was different for each of us.
What did you answer to the question at the start of this post? How would it have felt to have that message delivered in just the way you needed to hear it? What would the benefits be?
