I didn’t get a chance to do the ‘Scrub Away Stress’ part of my talk on Sunday, so it was on my mind.
Tuesday at the MindSpa Weekly, we headed back in to the MindSpa for some good quality self care. We revisited the Room for Scrubbing Bubbles.
Exploring the room, there are various shelves, vials, all sorts of valuable things.
So, this time, after getting rid of the yuck, cleaning up experience and energy, we added something special, something unique, something we’d really benefit from.
We gave extra time to re-orienting, coming back from a beautiful MindSpa experience this week. Looks like everyone needed and wanted a bit more time and space to process, enjoy and soak in the experience.
