the Journey into Relaxation, so you can practise feeling relaxed and comfortable wherever you are;
developing a strong, healthy sense of self;
developing a toolkit to help you look after your mind, and change thoughts and behaviours;
and the Relaxation Month — a 30 day programme to help you to take your newfound relaxation skills out into the real world and make some progress.

the Journey into Relaxation
Here’s the recording of the Original Journey into Relaxation.
Find 30 minutes somewhere quiet, grab your headphones and dive into deeply enjoyable relaxation.
We create new, beautiful rooms for the MindSpa most weeks.
First Tuesday of the month is Nourishing Relaxation.
It’s free and open to all!
Just let me know you’d like to come and I’ll send you an invitation on the day.
Relaxation month
A one-month programme to help you take the skills you’ve discovered in your MindSpa.
We’ll gently build on the skills each week, taking you from a little practice at home right through to using imagery and suggestion out in the real world to feel more relaxed and comfortable.
First session is free, with no obligation to continue. To continue, it’s £30 (for the full month) — or you could just join the membership for £12.50 for the full 30 days programme, and get access to the full library of recordings, downloads and guides (and you can cancel at any time).
The sessions are on Tuesdays at 6.30pm UK time:

2. Tuesday 14th November
3. Tuesday 21st November
4. Tuesday 28th November
