We stepped into the room for the Inner Artist with something in mind: creativity; insight for a problem; some challenge we needed help with; a future we wanted to make happen; or maybe something else.
We took a trip to the Room for Relaxation, took a little bit of time to really enjoy the experience, and focus on building a routine for self care.
We practised moving through relaxation, from physical to mental. While enjoying a beautiful and enjoyable trance, we continued to build a regular practice, making time and space in a busy world to look after ourselves.
we headed to the MindSpa to find our inner light.
On the way, we found something important, kept it close. Inside, we each found (or reconnected with) our inner light and strengthened it. We explored how to navigate the world, what changed for us, when illuminated from within.
