Way back, a year and a half ago, we created regular time and space each week to take time out, get distance from the chaos, demands and expectations of the week.
We used 30 mins to get comfortable, drifting in beautiful, deep relaxation, free from stress and worry.
It gave us something to look forward to. The rest of the week got a little easier. The tough times and stress of lockdown were more managable.
And then, with time and space created, we used this enjoyable, regular experience to build on those foundations. We found and nurtured delight, bringing it back with us so we could have it, feel it, cherish it in our daily lives.
Time to take it out of the Archives, dust it off, and enjoy the journey all over again.
